Me and my wife have been renting from Pure Property Management since 2015. The standard of our property is excellent and any minor issues have been resolved quickly. All of the contractors that they use are extremely nice and helpful.
They have also helped us out with things like passing keys to friends so that they can water plants when we have been away. They went out of their way to do this.
The landlord has also always been very fair and considerate.
Needless to say, I would thoroughly recommend PPM to prospective tenants and landlords. I’ve stayed in many places in Edinburgh and used loads of agencies – PPM is top of the list.

  • Inventory and condition reports. Full, detailed and photographic reports made before occupancy to ensure there is a complete record of your properties inventory, state and condition.
  • Property inspections. Regular visits to your property to ensure it remains at a high standard, reporting back to you any issues found.
  • Property maintenance. Taking the stress and hassle from answering maintenance calls and organising any work that needs to be done.
  • Renewals and terminations. Staying in touch with tenants to arrange the renewal or termination of their occupancy.
  • Eviction. In extreme cases, we deal with the tenant evictions process and offer landlords legal advice if a possession order becomes necessary. We can even represent the landlord at the First Tier Tribunal if required.
